TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Work

EV Installs Georgia (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") agrees to provide electric vehicle (EV) charger installation services as described in the service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to require a deposit prior to commencing work.

3. Scheduling

The Company will make every effort to complete the installation on the scheduled date. However, scheduling is subject to change based on weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond the Company's control.

4. Permitting and Inspection

The Company is not responsible for the necessary permitting and inspections required for the installation. The client is responsible for any fees associated with permits and inspections.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that their electrical system is up to code and capable of supporting the EV charger. The client must provide access to the installation site and electrical panels.

6. Warranty

The Company does not provides a warranty on labor and installation. Manufacturer warranties for equipment will be honored as per their terms. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, abuse, or acts of nature.

7. No Refunds

All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of services after installation has commenced or dissatisfaction with the installation service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the installation service provided. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned client, acknowledge and agree to the following waiver of liability in connection with the installation of an EV charger by EV Installs Georgia:

A. Assumption of Risk: I understand that the installation of an EV charger involves inherent risks, including but not limited to electrical hazards, property damage, and personal injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the installation process.

B. Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge EV Installs Georgia, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the installation of the EV charger, including but not limited to any claims for property damage or personal injury.

C. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EV Installs Georgia from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the installation of the EV charger, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise.

D. No Warranty on Electrical System: I acknowledge that EV Installs Georgia is not responsible for the condition or compliance of my home's electrical system. Any upgrades or repairs required to meet code or support the EV charger are my sole responsibility.

E. Compliance with Local Laws: I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the installation complies with all local laws, codes, and regulations.

By moving forward with obtaining services from The Company, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions and waiver of liability, and I agree to be bound by them.
